cancellation/Refund of orders.

Received a defective / incorrect product

Please contact us by Tel: 2838 9622 or Online inquiry or email (info@kawajun.com.hk) within 3 days after the products arrived.

Please keep the product in the original packaging when it was delivered.

If you received damaged and incorrect products, we will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.

In case of any dispute, the decision of KAWAJUN HONG KONG LIMITED shall be final.
